The Freeride Republic is run by winter sports enthusiasts who have spent over twenty seasons working and running chalets in the French Alps. The Freeride Republic is now in its 17th full season of operating chalets independently in the Courchevel area. We provide you with an extremely comfortable chalet environment in which you can enjoy a winter sports holiday, in a world-class ski resort, at a very competitive price. The Freeride Republic experience provides all the essential ingredients of a winter sports package, in a great chalet, with fantastic facilities & modcons. A holiday with us will provide you with great food, quality accommodation and doorstep access to a fantastic ski resort – the 3 Valleys – one of worlds biggest and best ski domains. For guests choosing our catered option at Chalet Côté Cœur please note there that due to french employment working week directives there are two mornings during your stay where a self service continental breakfast only is provided and one evening where an evening meal is not provided by the staff. On one evening ( Usually Tuesdays ) there is a semi catered meal provided by the staff which the guests cook themselves. There are two live in members of staff who resides in a seperate room on the ground floor even when the chalet is booked as a self catered property.

Chalet Côté Cœur has as real chocolate box design, the dark wood displaying some rather unique charms, giving a truly alpine feel. Situated close to the piste and La Tania resort centre, the quiet location and area surrounding this quality catered chalet is perfect for adult groups as well as families being safe for the children to play outside. The cosy open plan lounge and dining area offers a real homely feel. There is a log fire for the colder nights which encourages relaxed lazy nights indoors. At the end of the day you can rest those weary legs in The chalet has seven bedrooms all en-suite, six with showers and one with a bath, all in the chocolate box style, three of which have their own balconies. There are two live in members of staff who resides in a seperate room on the ground floor even when the chalet is booked as a self catered property. Our chalet staff take two days off per week. For those booking the catered package, on one day of your week, typically Day 3, the staff will prepare an evening meal for you that clients will finish off cooking. See sample menu here for further details. On Day 5 typically no evening meal is provided. We will recommend a local restaurant or book one for you in advance in the booking process. There will be two mornings during the week where breakfast is provided on a self-service basis. One of these will be a cooked option which the staff will prepare in advance for clients to cook themselves. Any other catered aspects of the 5 day catered package including wine, cordials and packed lunches are not provided on the two chalet days off. On any departure day from your chalet, we serve a continental breakfast only and not a cooked breakfast.
