Welcome to the Chalet de l'Ours! This traditional 4-star chalet, located in the La Clusaz ski area, combines comfort and serenity for a rejuvenating holiday! Situated in a very quiet area, overlooking the river, and right next to the ski slopes, the charm of this chalet will sweep you away from the moment you arrive, with its panoramic view of the mountains. From any room in the chalet, you have a breathtaking view of the different massifs of La Clusaz. You'll love its facilities, which include a SPA with sauna and jacuzzi, a large sun terrace, a 1300m2 garden, direct access to the river and private parking for two cars. The chalet sleeps 7 people. Maximum 8, comprising 7 adults and 1 child. The chalet is on 3 levels and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outbuilding with a SPA and ski room, and exteriors. On arrival: Beds will be made (high quality bedding) and towels provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory. IMPORTANT : Minimum stay 4 nights. During school holidays: minimum stay 7 nights. The chalet is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

I am at your disposal throughout your stay. Our concierge is also at your disposal. Meals, bread and pastries can be delivered to the chalet, as can cleaning in the middle of your stay, on request and at an additional cost.

The chalet is located in the Aravis valley, in a quiet area. It is at the foot of the green Envers piste, 300 metres from the Étale Télémix and 2 kilometres from the village centre (shuttle bus stop 10 metres away). You can walk to the ski slopes (2 minutes' walk from the Chalet) and to the village centre. You can also use public transport and the car.
