This four bedroom triplex apartment is on the sixth floor of Auberge Jerome has a huge habitable surface area of 120.10 m2 set over three floors, and allows the apartment to sleep 10 in comfort. There are stairs up to the breathtaking living room with really high ‘cathedral’ ceilings giving the wow factor; the mezzanine landing upstairs means the room is double height. There is a large kitchen and a long banquet style table that seats 8 - 10 people. The living area has an open fireplace adding to the character of this apartment with a difference. The large balcony can be accessed from the living room and gives truly exceptional views of the surrounding Transarc Mountains.

We own a property in Arc 1950 and love to go there when I am not working. We are passionate about skiing and everything the mountains have to offer in the Summer too. The apartment is situated on the quiet side of the village facing the mountains, there are no neighbours since it is in a section above all the other apartments, so it is very quiet. You will not be kept awake by people in the village partying! The ski-in-ski out is literally on the door-step straight out onto the slopes which are always full of snow even until the end of the ski season, in my 15 years of experience of the village. The apartment is surrounded by shops, bars and fabulous restaurants. The ski schools and meeting points for ski schools and other activities in the village are literally meters away. It really is the most convenient located apartment ever! Paradiski is the ski area, and is one of the biggest in the World. You can ski all day and never ski the same pistes twice. It is well groomed and maintained and there are no ancient ski lifts in Les Arc, they are mostly super fast chair-lifts and bubbles. Many of them covered or even covered AND heated! There is excellent transport to and from the village by Free shuttle bus to the furnicular that takes you directly to Bourg Saint Maurice, from here you can get the train, bus, coach or even Eurostar.
