You can book the whole flat, comprising 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, or just one bedroom for 2 people, in a pretty 1930s house in the centre of town. The house has a pretty, lush garden at the front and a charming terrace at the back. The house is quiet, bright and warm. The accommodation overlooks shady gardens. The rooms are equipped with an inside and outside lock and a mosquito net. Air conditioning is available for an additional cost. A kitchen is reserved for tenants with hob, crockery, kettle, oven/microwave, toaster, fridge and various food items available. A bathroom with 2 basins and a bath is reserved for tenants. Kitchen and bathroom are shared between tenants only if both bedrooms are occupied. The owner lives upstairs. There is a separate entrance. A piano is also available for music lovers. In the presence of the tenant, it is possible to hire a mountain bike and a VTC. Deposit required Possibility of parking bikes or motorbikes in the garden. I have been renting out my rooms on Airbnb for almost 10 years now and you will find 500 positive comments.

The apartment has all the qualities of the city center, without the drawbacks. Quiet, with free parking in all surrounding streets. The freeway entrance and exit are within easy reach of the house. The via Rhôna cycle path passes close by and makes a lovely walk or bike ride to the Van Gogh bridge and even to the sea. All major points of interest are less than a 10-minute walk away. Franck Gehry's famous Luma tower is a 2-minute walk away, as is the Ecole Nationale de la Photographie and the Profac school is 30 meters away.
