**Peaceful stay between Paris and Disney: spacious room with garden.** Enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay in our spacious room, ideally located for visiting Paris and its surroundings. Our house is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Coteaux Nord in Chennevières-sur-Marne, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment. 35 m² room (30 m² living space) located on the 1st floor, with a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm) as an extra bed. We also provide a foldable baby cot if needed. Decoration: The room is decorated to offer a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Private bathroom on the landing, right next to the room. Reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in all seasons. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. There is also plenty of storage space for your belongings. Ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 people. Continental breakfast, American breakfast, or brunch (included or optional depending on the offer) to start your day off right. You will also have access to a toaster, kettle, and microwave. Garden with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs, and 1 hammock for relaxing moments outdoors. Wi-Fi access available on-site. Flat-screen TV with Netflix for your evenings. Paris and Disneyland are accessible within 30 to 40 minutes by car or public transport. A parking space is available on-site. Many activities and sights are available nearby: Château de Vincennes, Parc des Bois de Vincennes, Lac de Vincennes, Lac de Créteil, Tremblay and Ormesson golf courses, bowling, etc. Activities along the Marne River: Enjoy the Marne River for walking or cycling, taking a cruise, gliding on a paddleboard or canoe, or indulging in a meal at a "guinguette."
