The Roland Garros Duplex is an apartment that can accommodate up to 12 guests. It covers 100 square meters and has 5 bedrooms. Ideal for families, work groups, and conferences. Very well located, everything is within walking distance. Forville Market is 150 meters away, Midi beaches are 600 meters away, and the Palais du Festival is 700 meters away. The apartment is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the ground floor, - bedroom no.1 with a double bed (160x200) for 2 people + TV + office area. - bedroom no.2 with a double bed (140x200) for 2 people + office area. - 1 comfortable sofa bed (140x200) in the living room for 2 additional guests. - 1 comfortable sofa bed (90x200) in the living room for 1 additional guest. - 1 large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, oven, extractor hood, ceramic and gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, etc. - 1 bathroom with a corner whirlpool tub. washing machine, dryer, - 1 separate toilet with sink. Upstairs: - bedroom no.3 with two bunk beds (90x200), plus a pull-out bed, and a desk area. - bedroom no.4 with a double bed (140x200) and TV, and a desk area.
