Enjoy a comfortable stay in this 30 m² duplex located just a few meters from the Perros-Guirec harbor, close to the town center and beaches. Shops, restaurants, and activities are all within walking distance—perfect for a hassle-free holiday! Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and TV. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet.
