In the village of Montagney, this small, fully renovated, adjoining gîte is ideal for a couple, located in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans. - On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (sofa bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace. - Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom with a 140cm bed. A travel cot, a baby bath, and a high chair are available. - Two terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs, and a parasol. All set in a magnificent one-hectare park. Two other gîtes on the estate (H70G027340 + H70G027339) can be rented together for a total of 10 people. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard. One small pet is welcome free of charge upon request. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
