We offer to rent our Studio located in the heart of Tain-l'Hermitage, with an area of 25 m² and can accommodate 2 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The accommodation consists of: - A living room with an equipped kitchen, a table with 3 chairs, a 140 by 200 bed, TV, wifi, Netflix. - A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, hob, espresso machine (Senseo), kettle, toaster... - A bedroom in the living room with a double bed and closet, bed linen provided. - A bathroom with shower, WC, Washing machine drying (Laundry provided), as well as towels and soap and shampoo is provided. Other remarks: - Sheets and towels included. - Free wifi available. - Animals are not accepted. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the complete cleaning of the accommodation and preparation of the accommodation for future travellers. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.

The studio is ideally located in Tain-l'Hermitage, in the city centre, CLOSE to the train station and tourist attractions. You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - Walking or cycling along the Rhone - Route des Belvédères - Visit of the vineyards (small vineyard train) and purchase of wine from the Rhône valley - Guided tour of wine cellars and wine tasting - Visit, cooking workshops, salty lunches and chocolate tasting in the city of the famous chocolatier Valrhona - Wine tour by electric bike - Visit of the historic centre of Tournon sur Rhône and of the castle of Tournon, a listed historical monument - Swimming and water activities for children and adults in the large LINAË aquatic centre (8 minutes on foot). - Peaugres Zoo (36 minutes by car or 34 km). - The Ardèche train called the Mastrou ( 12 minutes by car or 6.2 km). Transportation: - Free parking is available near the accommodation. A blue disc is available for the week (Monday to Friday) to park on the place for a limited time. - Nearest railway station: Tain l'Hermitage railway station 350 metres (about 4 minutes walk). - Nearest airport: Valencia airport at 30 km (about 26 minutes).
