Welcome to our little cocoon! Whether for a relaxing stay or a sporty holiday, our little cocoon is the ideal place nestled in the heart of Haute Savoie. Golf, cycling, beach, swimming pools, tennis, mountains, hiking, and good restaurants, you will have the choice to do everything or do nothing and stay relaxing at the swimming pool of the residence. Everything is accessible within a few kilometers of the apartment. For the little ones, a children's playground and a games room are available in the tourist residence for the older ones. Our little cocoon is located on the ground floor of the building, with a view of the small garden. The apartment has a living room, kitchen and a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeping area with bunk beds. You can relax on the quiet terrace and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Please note that the on-site staff is not part of our team. We look forward to welcoming you!

On the sports side: The apartment and the residence 'Le Birdie' are at the foot of the International Golf of Giez. The hiking trails are also accessible from the Residence. Lake Annecy and Doussard beach are 5 minutes away by car. You can practice water sports or also find restaurants. You can also reach Annecy via the cycle path that runs along the lake - breathtaking landscapes - but keep your breath, you will need it :) The resort of La Sambuy is also located 20 km away, half an hour through our mountain roads. You can practice skiing in winter of course and activities such as summer sledging on sunny days. Young and old alike will be delighted! Other resorts such as La Clusaz are located 45 minutes away by car. The city centre of Annecy and its typical small streets are 30 minutes away by car.
