Charming, cozy accommodation, ideally located in the center of Nice, in the heart of nature, very quiet; the bedroom to rent has a small garden under the window. You will find nearby (5 to 20 minutes walk) shopping center, supermarkets, markets, restaurants, museums, shops and beaches. Residence at the top (200m) of a private road, private parking, in a residence 20m away, and optional breakfast, payable on arrival.
Former French teacher, I now work as a naturopath. Passionate about nature, cooking, culture and bargain hunter, I love hosting and making my guests feel good in my cozy nest !
Wooded, quiet and safe area, a supermarket at the bottom of the hill, bakeries, pharmacy, cafes... 5 minutes walk from Rue Lépante, shopping, cafes, small restaurants, shopping etc... and 10 minutes from the Nice Etoile shopping center on avenue Jean Médecin.
The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Chagall Museum and the Palais des Expositions are also 10 minutes away on foot.
15-20 minutes from the Old Town, the Port and the beaches.
