Citadines Part-Dieu Lyon is a residence located 150 metres from the Part-Dieu shopping centre. It is a 10-minute walk from the Part-Dieu TGV Train Station and offers apartments and studios with equipped kitchenettes. Free WiFi is available throughout. Each apartment and studio at Citadines Part-Dieu Lyon has a fan, and a private bathroom. The kitchenettes are equipped with hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. The apart'hotel Citadines Part-Dieu Lyon is located in the city center, a few minutes walk from La Part-Dieu shopping center and at 900 metres from Lyon Part Dieu train station. Bellecour Place and Tete d'Or Park are located within 20 minutes walk and the Historical Center: the Vieux Lyon at 25-minutes. All studios and apartments are equipped with complimentary highspeed WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safe box, and an electric kettle. The kitchen is separated and supplied with hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. All bathrooms have a bathtub. The serviced apartment offers free hot beverages in the lobby, and a breakfast room. Reception is available from 7am to 10pm. Optional services: on-site launderette, dry-cleaning services, extra cleaning. Private parking upon availability, charges will apply.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain the access codes.

Please note that extra beds or baby cots are subject to availability and have to be confirmed by the property.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee is not included in the price. For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly cleaning service is included in the price.

A daily cleaning service is possible at an additional cost. This cost will vary depending on the size of the apartment and the length of your stay.

Payment will be requested upon arrival.

Please note that we accommodate pets for 10€ /pet/day - Payment at your arrival.

Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence will undergo a beautification project and will remain open during the renovations. More stylish and modern, our team is excited to welcome you to this renewed space starting in June 2026. - Our breakfast room will be closed from March to June 2026. During this period, a takeaway menu is available at a price of €8/person. It includes a selection of fresh and varied products, accompanied by a hot drink - reservation required at reception.
