You'll be 15 minutes from the beaches, perfect for relaxing days by the sea. Elegance and calm! 29m² flat ideal for a couple. Welcome to our 29m² flat, completely renovated in 2025 and designed to offer a peaceful and comfortable stay for two people (the flat is completely private but certain areas can be shared such as the swimming pool, the garden and the car park - the rest is completely private and not overlooked by the villa). You will find a modern kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cosy 160cm bed, a spacious shower room, a separate toilet and a private 25m² terrace. Bouquet orange, netflix and disney+ are available. Enjoy the large 15 x 5 metre shared swimming pool, surrounded by a vast 250 m² terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge. The pool is between 1.10 and 3 metres deep. The heated, salt-treated swimming pool is equipped with a security alarm. The 3000 m² garden offers stunning mountain views, perfect for relaxing on the spacious terrace. Just a 10-minute walk away, the GR20 trail promises memorable hikes. By car, the Cavu Valley is just 10 minutes away, ideal for walks, swimming in natural pools, relaxing by the river and outdoor adventures. Conca is part of the Corsican Regional Nature Park. Set amid wooded hills and fertile valleys, Conca is the historic starting point for the GR20. The village of Conca was originally inhabited by shepherds.

Someone will be on hand to give you a warm welcome on the day of your arrival and hand you the keys to the villa. They will show you around and give you all the information you need to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Conca is a quiet village, so please do not make excessive noise after 11pm.
