Very bright 2 room apartment in Nice West close to the beach and the Grand Arénas business center. Ideal for family stays or people on business trips. Apartment renovated in April 2024, comfortable and modern, perfect for your stay on the Côte d'Azur. Composition of the accommodation: - Spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed, a television and a TV box - An equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hotplates) - A bedroom with a double bed (200x160) - A bathroom - A separate toilet WiFi connection is available throughout the accommodation. Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation. Air-conditioned accommodation in the living room. Linen and towels are provided. Reception is by appointment between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. Late arrivals are possible until 11 p.m. for an additional fee of 40 euros payable on arrival and subject to validation by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11 p.m.
