In a peaceful setting on the edge of fishing ponds and cycle route 3, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 90 m² chalet for rental, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a 5,000 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The cottage is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. In order to respect the site and the neighbours, parties, gatherings and any other noise pollution are strictly forbidden. The accommodation is as follows: First floor - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair... overlooking a 4-hectare estate with a dozen fishing ponds. - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Dining area - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor - Bedroom 2: two single beds with an elevated view of the pond, storage space and balcony (this room is not closed by a door). - Bedroom 3: two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful 5,000 m² garden - A 40 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The entire cottage is made of wood, well insulated against noise and cold, and all windows and bay windows (except for the small kitchen and bathroom window) are fitted with thermo-regulating curtains (hot and cold). - Bicycles available on prior reservation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

The house is ideally located in Malzy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Several hiking trails in the heart of the Oise valley. - In Guise (8km away), visit the Familistère Godin a listed historic monument. - Visit the château fort in season (April to October) - Aquoisia center (swimming pool and spa) - Several canoeing and kayaking clubs - Visit the Maroilles cheese factory, - Alpaca farm, donkey rides, Blangy estate with waterfall, pond, forest and on-site activities: climbing wall, archery... - Close to the Belgian border - On our estate, we offer fishing activities at an additional cost. Guests are required to bring their own fishing equipment and find out about fishing conditions beforehand: trout fishing and carp fishing (please note strict fishing regulations). - A private spa close to the accommodation, reserved exclusively for adults and by prior reservation. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
