Cute renovated lakeside cottage within walking distance of the town of Marciac, famous for its Jazz festival.

On the ground floor is the open plan living area with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area opening onto the patio eating area. There is a toilet on this floor. There is a single fold up bed.
The area is very calm, quiet and relaxing.
During the jazz festival the town comes alive with live music everyday and evening.
The local vineyard is opposite the lake and wine tasting trips can be taken here.
