Confortable & chaleureux appartement duplex de 40m2 au centre du Village de Roussillon. Village ocré classé parmi « Les plus beaux villages de France ». Salon lumineux avec canapé, coin Tv-lecture. Chambre avec lit double (140x190) & rangements. Cuisine équipée (table haute & tabourets pour repas) avec vue sur le Val des fées. Salle d'eau avec douche & wc. L’appartement convient pour 2 personnes. Grand parking gratuit à 200m du logement. Climatisation. 15min des villages coups de cœur du Luberon
Appartement au deuxième et dernier étage d’un petit immeuble de village Restaurants, café, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac-presse, supérette et boutiques à proximité immédiate a pieds. Appartement est calme et lumineux sans aucunes nuisances. Le gel douche n’est pas fournis. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Machine à café type Nespresso des dosettes vous seront fournis pour le démarrage. Entièrement rénové récemment.
