The accommodation is close to the beach (50 m), in the city center of GRAU DU ROI and 150 m from the canal on the edge of which you can buy the products of sinners. All amenities are very close and accessible in less than 5min on foot: Bakeries, Pharmacy, La Poste, Shops, Restaurants, Brasseries,... The GRAU DU ROI market takes place on the Place de la République, located 150m from the apartment, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. It is the ideal location to discover the GRAU DU ROI without having to take your car. Equally : ➔ A closed GARAGE is reserved for you in the residence ➔ IN ADDITION TO THE GARAGE, you can park for free in the Palais des Sports car park located 7min walk from the accommodation. ➔ TO DO YOUR SHOPPING / SHOPPING, you have all the local shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors,... which are located less than 200m from the apartment. On the supermarket side you have a U EXPRESS at 300m (5 min walk) a SUPER U and a LIDL at 1 km (15 min walk).
