Amazing host, he went above and beyond to ensure we got to the apartment properly. Getting in was easy. The apartment is quaint and comfortable enough for two people; it's a small duplex where the bed is upstairs and just enough space for the bed.

Located 0,30 miles/500 metres from the longest shopping street in Europe (rue Ste Catherine), this studio benefits from an industrial spirit that mixes metal structure (Longwy steel), exposed stone and solid wood parquet. All comfort is present : Mitsubishi air conditioning, large shower with instant hot water production, dishwasher, high-performance insulation and VMC for permanent air renewal, connected TV to continue watching your Netflix series. The fully equipped kitchenette, combined with the great traders on the street, will allow you to cook small dishes like at home. The most of the studio is its terrace. that will allow you, when you open the door, to enlarge the main room. Well exposed to the south, you can enjoy the sun on the loungers. Soundproof and located at the back of the building, your nights will be peaceful. Car and Bicycle parkings (included in the price you've paied) in the undeground République carpark (nearby). Animals not accepted – No smoking apartment – Parties not allowed Sleeping limited to two persons. ATTENTION: Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no lift (of course you are getting closer to the light and away from the street noises). It is therefore not indicated for people aged or having difficulties to move.

Free loading/unloading places (limited to 20min) at the foot of the building to facilitate the arrival in the accomodation. Places de la Victoire and place de la République with their underground car parks are also nearby (0,30 miles). St-Jean train station is 1,55 miles away and connected directly by bus G. The famous Capucins' market is 0,55 miles (10 min) on foot. The longest shopping street in Europe (rue Ste Catherine) is 0,30 miles away. The accommodation is located in a recently renovated street. It is safe day and night. Many great grocery stores are present. 2 automatic laundries are also available.
