Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 200 m² house with mountain views for rent in Joch. It can accommodate up to 12 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! Access to the accommodation is via an outside staircase leading directly to the kitchen (see 1st photo). 1st floor: - Kitchen with mountain views, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A dining room with access to the terrace - Two lounges with TV and sofas located a few steps down from the dining room Upper floor: - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Above the living room: - Bedroom 4 on the mezzanine: with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and two single beds (90×190).
