Spectacular views in a peaceful setting. Fully renovated to a high standard, the house has its own parking and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Tranquille avec des très belles vues dégagées, la maison est très claire et agréable. Elle a son propre parking et une terrasse au levé du soleil. Le gîte est fourni avec quatre feux, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain et bouilloire.
St Malo, Cancale, Rennes, Combourg, Fougères, Mont St Michel and beaches are all a short drive away (35 minutes or less). We are in the Vallée du Couesnon, which meets the sea at Mont St Michel. Excellent signposted walks through Villecartier forest, begin directly from the property. There are many activities and attractions in the immediate vicinity. There is a Tourist Information Centre in the village. Le gîte est pas loin de St Malo, Cancale, Mont St Michel, Rennes, Fougères, Combourg et les plages. On est située dans la Vallée du Couesnon. Des sentiers pédestres sont accessibles de la propriété et traversent la forêt de Villecartier. Il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir dans la région. Il y a un office de tourisme dans le village.
