Having been pilgrims for many years, in 2023 we decided to put our rucksacks down and combine our 70 years of work to create L'ESCALE DE VARAIRE and start welcoming pilgrims and holidaymakers to this wonderful département of the Lot, which offers magnificent scenery, a wide range of activities and an incredible culinary and gourmet diversity.

This typical Quercy house, with its sun-drenched terrace, swimming pool and pergola with summer kitchen and plancha, invites you to relax and get together. Ideal for summer or school holidays, weekends and bank holidays, it offers a peaceful, rejuvenating setting. AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR EXPLORING THE REGION The Lot, with its rolling countryside, heritage and stone villages steeped in history, some of which are known to be among the most beautiful in France, is an invitation to discover and escape. Close to Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, the Padirac chasm, the Pech Merle caves, Les Phosphatières, Cordes-sur-Ciel (82) and Najac (12), L'ESCALE DE VARAIRE is the ideal base for exploring the treasures of Quercy.
