The house has a bedroom with a 160 king size bed and upstairs a lounge area with 2 sofa beds (also a sleeping area for children with a double bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is also available. Upstairs, the lounge area with flat screen TV and work space allows you to relax after a sporting or cultural day. Free WIFI in the house. The terrace and its garden furniture offers you a magnificent view of the Seine and will allow you to spend beautiful evenings in peace, without vis-à-vis. The house is located in the historic district of Champagne Sur Seine, 5 minutes from the foot of the race (direct train to Paris in 40 minutes) and the shopping street where you will find many shops: bakery, butcher, supermarkets (Carrefour, Aldi etc. Auchan) open on Sunday mornings, tobacco press, restaurants. Fontainebleau is 10 minutes by car and the forest with its climbing sites 15 minutes. You can go for a stroll in the beautiful medieval cities (Moret sur Loing, Saint-Mammès, Nemours) which are 4-5 km from the house. If you like canoeing, the Loing offers beautiful descents and swimming sites or simply on the Seine in front of the house.

The region also offers numerous hiking or cycling routes (cycle paths, towpath, Eurovelo 3 in front of the house).

The house is an ideal starting point to discover Fontainebleau, Moret-sur-Loing and Saint-Mammès, Milly-la-foret and Barbizon. The Scandiberique (Eurovelo 3) passes right in front of the house!
