The property comprises 5 gîtes and 4 chambres d'hôtes for a total of 42 beds. The swimming pool, set in lush greenery, will make you decide to spend your next vacation at La Moutière. House rules : The tenant assumes all responsibility for accidents in the swimming pool, and undertakes to supervise children under 12. In the event of use of the Wifi access point, the tenant undertakes not to carry out any illegal activity and/or download and to respect the obligations defined by law. It is forbidden to light fires outside the barbecue. Pets are permitted subject to a fee and strict rules. Compliance with anti-smoking regulations is mandatory.
