Located in Fréjus, the Evasion Maritime holiday apartment is perfectly situated right on the seafront, just across from the beach. Saint-Raphaël train station is only a 5-minute walk away. Designed for 2 guests, it can accommodate an additional person on the sofa bed. The apartment is on the 4th and top floor (the elevator is not accessible to guests). Inside, you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The private rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the sea and the fireworks of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. A key box allows for independent check-in and check-out. Please respect the building’s quiet atmosphere, as sound travels easily. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge for laundry. Please indicate at the time of booking if you need linen for the sofa bed.
