Utility room with washer, dryer, and freezer. Terrace with garden furniture, gas BBQ, and pool access. Ground Floor: Suite with bathroom, bedroom with closets, independent shower room, direct access to the pool and garden. VILLA LÉOPOLD: Level 2: Main entrance, suite with shower room, WC, and closets. Living room with sofa and TV. Level 1: Living room with corner sofa, open kitchen with terrace access, work area, utility room. Terrace with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Ground Floor: Suite with shower room and pool access. Two bedrooms with closets, independent shower room and WC.
