On the 3rd floor with lift of a charming residence, large PRIVATE ROOM in a magnificent 150m2 shared flat with fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and separate WC. I Ideally located in the 17th arrondissement, a 3-minute walk from Metro 1 and RER C (Neuilly-Porte Maillot) and a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Parc Monceau.
