Please note that bed linen is not included in the weekly rate. You can bring your own or rent it on site for the following additional fees:

- Single bed linen: EUR 7

- Double bed linen: EUR 14

- Bath towels: EUR 4 per person

If the apartment is booked for 2 people, only one bedroom will be available. If you wish to use the second bedroom, a supplement of EUR 10 per night applies.

If you are booking for 1 week, you can order breakfast. This request can be made in the "Special Requests" section when booking.

Please contact the property for more information. A local breakfast is available for a supplement of EUR 9 per person and must be requested at least 8 days prior to arrival.

Please note that this property can accommodate up to 2 pets for a supplement of EUR 7 per pet.

For stays with a nightly rate, a service fee of EUR 12 per night will be charged and must be paid via the link that will be sent to you within a maximum of 7 days.

For stays with a weekly rate, a service fee of EUR 70 will be charged and must be paid via the link you will receive within a maximum of 7 days before arrival.

As a reminder, the €800 security deposit will be processed via a pre-authorization via the link you will receive. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE DEBITED BUT WILL ONLY BE DEBITED BY A CERTAIN BANK.)

You must pre-authorize this request, otherwise you may be denied access to the cottage. This pre-authorization will be lifted within 7 days of your departure if no damage is noted.

Please note that the owners' pool is closed from October 1st to May 1st.
