Installed in the Hautes Alpes since 2011, this wooden construction has materialized a project of life in the south-east of France. With 3 children, the place is magic for families, for holidays and for sport. We have built a cottage "spirit cabin" in our wooden house to welcome family, friends and share our region with tenants passionate nature. The hamlet of Basse Corréo is truly magical, great calm, splendid and bucolic view. The house is an immediate departure from many sports and only 10 minutes from the city center.

Property information

We rent a wooden cottage in the Hautes Alpes, 1140 meters above sea level, in the immediate vicinity of Gap, south-west of the Ecrins National Park and between 15 and 30 minutes from ski stations. You can reach it via Grenoble (115 km), or via Marseille (1h45). Here is some information about this wooden cottage designed for a family (5 people, free baby) that we built in 2016. It consists of a very cozy double room, and an alcove bedroom with bunk beds (sliding shutter) ). A living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. A private sauna for two people is accessible directly from the bathroom. The lodging is entirely entrusted to the tenants, it is located below the house of the owners. The beds are made on arrival, towels are not provided. Cot and high chair are provided. We are in a charming hamlet of fifteen houses called Basse Corréo, in the town of Roche des Arnauds. Our cottage is located on the heights of Gap, west of the Domaine de Charance. A place of great calm, the exceptional view offers a panorama of the Céuze mountain and the Pelleautier lake. Less than 10 km from the city center of Gap, you are at the immediate start of sports of great nature: paragliding (take off at 1500 meters), hiking, climbing (Céuze), free flight (Tallard), mountain biking (many marked trails).

Less than 10 km from Gap, you are at the immediate start of sports of great nature: skiing, paragliding (take off at the top of the house), hiking, climbing, free flight, A swimming area is accessible 500 meters away
