Cottage on the ground floor in a building with several deposits. A room with corner kitchen with a table and two chairs, a refrigerator, cooking plates, a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom, wc. Electric heating (included). Not common fenced. Grocery, bakery on-site. GR 4 km. Gite located 15 km from Saint Sauveur in Puisaye and its Museum Colette, 9 km from the Medieval construction of Guédelon and 25 km from the Château de Saint Fargeau (historic spectacle in the summer).
