In Gourgeon, this fully renovated gîte is located in a charming family home. On the ground floor, it features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a spacious landing provides a double sofa bed, a desk, a bookcase, and games. It leads to two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together. A travel cot is also available. Bed linen is provided, and wood and oil heating is included. Outside, a furnished wooden terrace overlooking the garden offers a peaceful space with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.
