Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation. Centered around the home cinema screen in the living room on the ground floor, with a 3m by 3m screen, with surround sound, as well as its central kitchen island with American bar, it is an ideal place to come and relax during a weekend watching. continuous series or films. The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Quenecan forest with its many paths suitable for discovering by trail or mountain bike. Guerlédan Lake with its hiking, trail and mountain biking trails is 7km away. For cyclists, the Nantes to Brest canal can be reached at 5km and the famous stage of the Tour de France at Mur de Bretagne Guerlédan is 10km away. The property is semi-detached to the owners', but there is outdoor space at the front. Parking is right in front of the cottage. On the gite complex there is also a Home Gym chalet with equipment for weight training to be used under your own supervision (caution: Children not allowed) andfoam rollers can be made available if needed after long outings.
