Gîte located in the village, in the heart of Brière National Park, 25 km from La Baule and Guérande (near the owners' house). 170 m² enclosed garden with south-facing terrace. Ground floor: Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, 2: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, and separate toilet. Additional amenities: freezer, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, and a baby crib upon request. All-inclusive: gas heating, sheets (beds made), towels/household linens, electricity, and firewood. Optional cleaning fee (euros70). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
