The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 3-star holiday cottage for rent, located in the peaceful Hauts-de-France region in Chassemy, in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle, at the gateway to Champagne and about 1.5 hours from Paris and Disneyland. With a surface area of 70 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, including a jacuzzi, sauna and private garden. It consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine and a bathroom. Everything is ready to welcome you! All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy a relaxing stay. On the ground floor - A fully equipped kitchen - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area - A bathroom (with shower) and toilet - A sauna (for 2 people) for year-round relaxation Upstairs - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - A mezzanine sleeping area with a double sofa bed Outside - A semi-enclosed private garden of approximately 120 m² with patio furniture and barbecue - A four-person jacuzzi, 2 m in diameter, available from June 1 to September 15.
