Detached cottage, located behind the owners' house, in the heart of Brière National Park, near the marshes, on the Montoir/St Joachim road (30 m back from the road), 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule. Another cottage on site (total capacity: 4 people). Private parking on the property. West-facing terrace (15 m²) and private garden. On one level: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
