On the ground floor, you'll find a neat double living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Senseo machine, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.). Upstairs, the sleeping area and shower room await you, with a master bedroom with 160cm bedding and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. You can also enjoy the 150 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Two bedrooms One with 4 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - A beautiful garden of 150 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days For more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting for an autonomous arrival. If you choose to arrive on your own, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team who will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
