Welcome to my apartment! This lovely one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor offers a perfect retreat for people seeking comfort, space, and style. The bright and inviting living area is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a television for catching up on your favourite shows, and a dining table for four, ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations. The private balcony has seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. It features a cooking plate, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary cookware and utensils to make your culinary experience effortless. The apartment has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It also has a desk, perfect for working remotely. There are also two fans for your comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your security, a smoke detector is installed. You will also have access to a parking spot in the building's garage. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
