## The space Welcome to our home! Private and cozy, this studio comes with a modest-sized living room that features a dining area complete with a table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining bedroom is furnished with two single beds fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The connected kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware and cutleries such as a microwave, a fridge, and an induction cooker. So don't worry and cook your favorite meal! The separate bathroom is equipped with all the necessities you'll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. ## The neighborhood Our home is set in the charming area of Issy-les-Moulineaux, which is a commune in the southwestern suburban area of Paris, France, lying on the left bank of the river Seine. It is one of Paris' entrances and is located 6.6 km from Notre-Dame Church, which is considered Kilometre Zero of FranceStudio Porte de Versailles. Some of the popular places of interest nearby are Île Saint-Germain, an island located in the Seine. The island is divided into two parts, the urban side includes the offices and a residential area. The other side includes a park with the Tour aux Figures (Tower of Figures) [3] by Jean Dubuffet. The Île Seguin is downstream. For fans of playing cards, visit the Musée Français de la Carte à Jouer, a museum of playing cards. It will be well worth it! The nearest airport, Paris-Charles De Gaulle, is an hour's drive from the flat. ## Getting around The nearest train stations to the studio are Porte de Versailles (metro 12) which is a 12 mins walk and Balard (Line 8) is 11 mins walk from the flat. There are also multiple bus stops and tram stops within walking distance to the studio.
