Property information

Just 500 meters from the village (all amenities - shops - services - restaurants), in a peaceful and green area along the river (fishing on site), the Harria house welcomes you to the Basque countryside, 45 minutes from Biarritz and 30 minutes from Bayonne. This large 10-person gîte is adjoining the owner's home, ensuring independence, no overlooked views, the grounds are fully enclosed, and the 3,000 m² are private. On-site, just for you: Large above-ground swimming pool (salt treatment), table tennis and slide, shelter (bicycles for hire), summer kitchen (sink, plancha and barbecue, fridge-freezer). Large covered terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals in the shade. Independent access for your cars (electric gate). On the ground floor: Large living room: - Well-equipped kitchen (American-style fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave) and its cozy dining area - Living room (TV, Wi-Fi/fiber internet connection, double sofa bed) opening onto the covered terrace - Shower room (walk-in shower/toilet). Washing machine. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (2 140 x 190 cm beds), 2 attic bedrooms (2 x 2 x 90 cm bunk beds + 2 90 cm beds). 2 baby beds. - Bathroom, separate toilet.
