Spacious and comfortably furnished holiday home, just 650 meters from a picturesque, small sandy bay. This L-shaped, tastefully renovated property is for your exclusive use. Adjacent to the dining area with an open fireplace is a cozy living room with billiards, a bar, and a wood-burning stove. Here, you'll enjoy relaxing after a day of sports, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying interesting excursions. A sauna for four people also invites you to unwind. The two adjoining buildings are located on a fenced garden plot with a brick barbecue area, a large lawn, and fruit trees. An electric charging station for your electric car is available! Seaside resort with a small fishing port and marina. Lovers of rugged, rugged landscapes will find the perfect place in this part of Brittany; the Pays des Abers is a sparsely populated region.
