When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Upon receipt of a reservation, the hotel will initiate a pre-authorization on the credit card provided for the amount corresponding to the first night's stay.
In the event that the pre-authorization is unsuccessful, the hotel reserves the right to request an alternative credit card from the guest.
Should the guest fail to provide a valid credit card within the stipulated timeframe, the hotel retains the right to cancel the reservation without liability for any compensation.
