## The space With a surface of 35m2 this apartment can welcome a maximum of 4 persons in confort. Located on the 12th floor of residence Pas Du Lac, this apartment is composed : Entry level : - Entrance with shoe dryer, bathroom with shower and toilets - Large open and fully equiped kitchen - Dining table and fully equiped kitchen, lounge area next to the balcony with beautiful lights in the morning when the sun comes up (east facing) Upper level : - Sleeping space for 2 persons in the mezzanine with 2 single beds - Adults suite with double bed, storage space and bathroom with a bathtub. You'll have access to a ski locker next to the entrance of the apartment. ## Guest access You'll have access to the apartment, it's ski locker and balcony. ## Guest interaction We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything ! ## Other things to note Cleaning, beds linen and towels included
