Le charme de la Côte d’Azur avec ce mas de 275 m2 divisé en 2 maisons indépendantes. Vous louez la maison sur la partie haute, 120m2, grand salon, 3 chambres, 2 sdb, 2 toilettes. Domaine privatif et prestigieux, au coeur du Massif de l’Estérel, en pleine nature: 15 minutes des plages et du lac. 30 minutes de Cannes. 40 minutes de l’aéroport de Nice. Commodités à 10 minutes (Adrets-de-l’Estérel) Terrain 6000m2 Piscine au sel 2 terrasses privatives Parking Tennis et pétanque dans le parc
À mi-chemin entre les plages de Mandelieu et le lac de Saint-Cassien, le parc résidentiel de l’Estérel est un domaine sécurisé et privatif. Toutes les villas sont au coeur de la nature. Du fait des grandes parcelles il n’y a pas de vis-à-vis avec le voisinage, nous sommes au calme mais pouvons nous amuser sans être embêté.
