All the shops are at the foot of the building. A very good bakery for breakfast just downstairs. Nice Etoile shopping center a few meters. All transport (tram, bus) in the immediate vicinity.

Property information

A superb ultra modern apartment renovated in 2019, located in the city center on the famous Avenue Jean Médecin, 300 meters from the sea. Very bright apartment, located in the second floor, with a balcony. Composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a beautiful bedroom and a mezzanine space (height of low ceiling does not allow to stand) Public parking 100 meters away.
