This charming old-fashioned house offers an idyllic setting and all modern comforts, in the heart of the commune of Domfront-en-Champagne. This 4-bedroom rural house sleeps 10 to 12 people, and is ideal for families or groups of friends. As we have neighbours, parties and loud music are not permitted. It has a huge garden with garden furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals, private heated swimming pool, full fencing and private parking with charging point for electric vehicles (daily charging fee extra). Bedrooms: - 1st floor: 2 master suites with queen-size beds and 1 single bed, 2 private bathrooms and toilets. - 2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bed, bathroom and separate WC. Children's corner with TV and sofa bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dining area, washing machine, ironing facilities.
