It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! Ground floor - Living room with kitchenette, dining area and 2 single beds - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a bathroom with a private shower and WC. 1st floor - A 40 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and an open-plan kitchen equipped - Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200) - Bathroom with bath, WC 2nd floor - Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, adjoining bedroom 4, which has a king-size bed (180×200) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC. Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Private heated swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5 m), secured by a cover with bars, accessible from 1 May to 30 September. - A beautiful 800 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace (south-facing) with furniture and table tennis to enjoy the fine weather.
