Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Embrun, this charming flat with a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you! The accommodation located on the ground floor is composed as follows: - A very bright living room, facing South-East of 25 m² with TV, TNT, DVD player, Hi-Fi, armchairs, sofa bed (double) and table with extension. - An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooker, 6 place setting dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine... - A 2-bedroom with 1 double bunk bed and a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with Italian shower and washing machine. - Separate toilet. Outside : - An enclosed garden with a south-east facing terrace, mountain views and furniture including an electric barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - The cleaning is to be done by the tenants. A cleaning service at the end of the stay is possible with an extra charge on request to the concierge. - Sheet and towel rental options on request from the concierge, payment on site.
