It is the story of an old textile factory and its adjacent house in stones, built in the first part of the XIX century and active until the 70’s. The factory was using hydroelectricity from the nearby river named « Ronçon ». My house "La Fabrique du Ronçon" is located here on this green land of the "Beaujolais" region, 10 minutes from the Lake « Lac des Sapins » and 1h from the city of Lyon or Mâcon. The #Beaujolais region is known for its wines, castles, villages in gold stones but also for its green lands, its Lake and mountain vibes here in the enchanting village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Troncy. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms as well as one sofa-bed (double) in the living room. There is a wood terrace that allows you to enjoy the countryside, drink your coffee or eat outside, a little pond as well as the river "Ronçon" next to the house. You have direct hiking trails or cycling trails from the house, no need to take the car.

Hi ! My name is Melissa, I bought this house several years ago and renovated it myself with the support of my family. We have mainly used raw natural material (wood, stone) and some organic material (isolation etc.). Due to my job, I am very often abroad and thus decided to rent my lovely countryside house. For that reason, you will find all the necessary equipment in it, like if it was your own countryside house!
