This superb 120 m² house, ideal for stays with family or friends, can accommodate up to 8 travelers in 4 independent bedrooms, all equipped with hotel bedding. Located south of the Loire, it combines charm and comfort for an unforgettable stay. Close to all amenities and a few steps from the historic center of Orléans, you will have easy access to the city's emblematic sites. A tram stop a 5-minute walk away allows you to reach the station in less than 10 minutes. The house, warm and bright, includes a living room with a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 8 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: large worktop, hood, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Tea towels are provided. The four spacious bedrooms, located upstairs, offer plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed (180x200) and the other three have queen-size beds (160x200). The beds will be prepared upon your arrival for your comfort. The house has two modern bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and bathtub, and the other upstairs. Hotel quality toiletries, bath sheets and towels are provided. Bed and bathroom linen are maintained in the laundry to meet health standards. A laundry room is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, a travel cot and a vacuum cleaner. Tourist brochures are available to enhance your stay.
