It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a 1,500 m² walled garden where you can park your car in complete safety. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 40 m² living room with sofas (including a double sofa bed), a TV area (with armchairs) and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and desk area. - Bedroom 2: with 1 single bed. - Two shower rooms each with shower and WC. First floor: - Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can, on request, be joined to form a queen-size bed (160×200), the room is air-conditioned. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, baby bath, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Exterior: - A lovely 1,500 m² west-facing enclosed garden, bordering the Canal de Bourgogne and the canal port, and facing the sunset. - A 50 m² terrace with outdoor furniture. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
